2. Enter your name and other information.
3. Select your font style and color preferences.
4. Preview your design before placing the order to check if it is correct.

A: We have no MOQ! Due to website limitations, if your order is below a certain amount, please contact us via email!

A: You can add various details to your badge, including: 
● Namel
● Job Title
● Enterprise name
● Event/Conference Name
● QR Code/Barcode (if needed).

A: Yes, you can modify your design before confirming the final order. We provide a design preview to ensure you're satisfied with the badge layout. If you need to adjust the text, font, or color, you can easily make those changes.

A: Production cycles are based on the number of orders and complexity of the product. On average, production takes 3 business days, and the delivery timeframe will be determined by the shipping method you choose during checkout.

A: No, we only need you to design the first personalized name badge and its specifications. After that, you only need to add more names or other information details. Once your order is processed, a designer will review your design to ensure long names fit and the layout is correct.

A: If your name badges are lost or damaged during transit, contact our customer service staff right away. Depending on the situation, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

A: If there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect text or design), we will provide a replacement or refund. However, custom items cannot be returned if they are correct as per the submitted design.

A: Before placing your order, you will receive a digital preview of the badge design. It's crucial to double-check all details (like spelling and job titles). If anything looks incorrect, you can make adjustments or reach out to our support team for assistance.

A: We recommend vectorized files, but also accept AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats. There are no dimension restrictions. If you don’t have a vector file, a 300dpi PNG file will also be suitable.
